DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery costs are calculated in your shopping basket and are based on the product you order and delivery address.
Currently we only sell online to these European countries:
United Kingdom (UK)
However if you live outside these countries we would be happy to take your order over the phone. Please call +44 1789 450280 8.30am-5pm GMT.
We try to hold most items in stock & ship within 7 working days. You will be notified by email of any delivery delays.
UK Orders: Orders will be shipped either via Royal Mail or courier (eg: Streetwise, TNT). FuturEnergy Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay arising from Royal Mail or courier, and in all circumstances the maximum compensation provided by FuturEnergy will not exceed the total shipping costs paid.
Note: Orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
Standard Delivery Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail, Streetwise, TNT or Tuffnells. Delivery times approximately 2-4 days.
Please note that due to Royal Mail Terms and Conditions we are unable to consider items lost until 21 days following the date the order was made.
International Orders: Orders will be shipped by TNT, DHL or Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 2 – 4 Days.
Worldwide: Up to 10 Working Days.
Cancellation: In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise your right within seven working days of receiving the goods and you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel the order – either by email, post or fax. The goods must be returned to us at your expense by registered post or courier within seven days of the notice to cancel. The goods must be returned in original packaging and in resaleable condition (unused). We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to replacement or refund.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Faulty Goods: If your goods become faulty within thirty days after delivery, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund. However, we will first require that you return the faulty item to us in its original packing by recorded delivery or courier. After thirty days if the goods develop a fault (unless due to misuse, unauthorised repair or accidental damage), we will arrange to have it repaired, if this is not possible we will provide a replacement and if that is not possible, we will give a full refund.
